About this space
Welcome to Zen Bear Cabin, your private mountain retreat tucked among the pines just outside Boone. Designed for quiet reflection, creativity, and deep rest, this peaceful escape invites you to slow down and reconnect with nature.
Natural light fills the open living spaces, and the elevated setting creates a sense of calm seclusion — like living in the forest canopy. The cabin is designed with a Zen-inspired aesthetic focused on calm, simplicity, and natural elements. To preserve the tranquil, meditative atmosphere, entertainment is intentionally minimal, with a single TV located on the lower level for occasional, low-key use.
