Calle Alcalá, the longest avenue in Madrid, just a few meters from the apartment, is an avenue full of life and full of both neighborhood shops and very popular brand stores. The new development of the area, and its proximity to the Alcalá norte shopping center, to important television production studios, important administrative centers such as the registry and countless important offices or the good connection with Ifema, the international fair or the area north of Madrid, make this apartment a very interesting place to stay both days and months at a good price and enjoy your stay in the city.

The living room, magnificent and has a dining area and a rest area with two comfortable single sofas beds and a SmartTV where you can connect your Netflix, HBO, Spotify and etc accounts. The living room is very bright thanks to its large wall-to-wall window. The modern kitchen is integrated into the living room and is fully equipped with everything you need.
From the living room, the corridor that connects the rest of the house leads inwards. The room is very elegant and makes good use of space, with a comfortable double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a very quiet office with a large desk and a wardrobe. The windows on the bedroom side open onto the interior patio and are oriented to the south, and for this reason the bedroom is very quiet and has plenty of natural light.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms to be perfect on the hottest days.
