Located on Ayala street, one of the best-known streets in the Barrio de Salamanca that crosses the most important arteries from Alcalá street to Paseo de la Castellana, passing through Príncipe de Vergara, Velazquez or Serrano. The apartment is located at the top of the street, next to Goya and Conde de Peñalver streets. Just a few minutes’ walk from the WiZink Center, where the most important concerts and events in Madrid are held, Goya Street, one of the most commercial areas of the city, or the Retiro Park and Menéndez Pelayo Street, known for the enormous variety and great quality of its tapas bars and restaurants. The Barrio de Salamanca is the most popular area of Madrid, known for its expensive and exclusive real estate, some of the best restaurants in the world and luxury shops.
Salamanca Barrio is bordering the Parque del Retiro by Calle Alcalá, you can walk to the Puerta de Alcalá, the Prado Museum, or the Plaza de Cibeles where the town hall is located. A delicious walk through the Madrid of the Bourbons that will leave visitors pleasantly surprised.
The Apartment:
This comfortable and spacious 188 m2 apartment stands out for its modern decoration, elegant furniture and harmonious lighting. Located on the sixth floor with an elevator and in a high-class building. To access the elevator you have to climb some stairs from the street.
One of its greatest qualities is the great silence and tranquility that can be enjoyed inside, essential for rest.
In the apartment there are 3 bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a large living room and a large kitchen.
The large and tastefully decorated main room has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The light that enters through the window makes this room a warm and welcoming place. The second room, also with a double bed, has a large built-in wardrobe where you can store clothes and luggage. The third room has two single beds.
Next to these rooms you can find a second full bathroom with a shower.
The dining room is a large space with windows to the outside, where you can enjoy in good company, a television and a small table. A dining table prepared for six people, and a piece of furniture designed to store plates, tablecloths, etc. All complemented by pleasant lighting achieved with natural light.
The apartment has a large fully equipped kitchen, ideal for those who like to cook at home and eat healthy, as well as a washer and dryer. From there is access to a service bathroom with a shower.
