The apartment is located next to Calle de Atocha, just a few minutes’ walk from Calle Mayor, Paseo de Recoletos or Plaza de Santa Ana, in an area that is currently undergoing a major revitalization process. Its streets offer a combination of tradition and innovation: typical local spots seamlessly blend with fashionable shops, theatres, fancy bars and restaurants for all tastes.
The apartment:
This apartment is located in a building with no lift that has been completely renovated in 2019. Great attention was paid to the original architectural features of the building, that were restored in keeping with tradition and classic Madrilenian style.
The main door of the building gives access to a glass door (for the exclusive use of the guests of the Patio I and II apartments) that opens into the inner courtyard of the building. The apartment’s door is on the left side and is accessed by one small step from ground level.
The apartment boasts a spotless design merging beauty, charm and comfort.
It comes with a double bedroom, a twin and two full bathrooms with shower. A double sofa bed is available in the living room.
The apartment is equipped with all the comforts of modern living: Wi-fi, air conditioning and heating, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, etc ...

Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. We are not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
