This apartment is located in the popular La Latina neighbourhood, perhaps the oldest and most characteristic area of Madrid, where locals go about their everyday business as visitors flock to enjoy its endless charms. It boasts many of the city’s famous sights and has lots of excellent restaurants, not to mention its wide range of cultural activities. The apartment is five minutes’ walk away from sights such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Museo del Prado and Museo Reina Sofía, among many others.
The NoMad building dates from the 1950s, although only its original façade and exterior architectural features remain. The modern building combines elegant decorative features with modern design in its furniture and decor. There is central air conditioning throughout and magnetic keys grant access to the building and the apartment and control the power supply. Guests can store their luggage in a handy locker. Great care has been taken to offer guests the utmost in comfort.
The NoMad 4 apartment is a brand new 93 m2 flat with all the latest mod cons for a perfect stay. There is air conditioning in all rooms, individual heating and a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances.
There are three bedrooms: a main bedroom with double bed and two bedrooms with twin beds. The two bathrooms have built-in shower and are decorated in great style (one is ensuite to the main bedroom). The living-dining room has a table that seats six and a sofa that turns into a double bed.
The terrace will be closed every day of the week from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
The baby crib is subject to availability.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. We are not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
