Located in La Latina, one of the liveliest neighbourhoods in Madrid. Its streets are full of charming restaurants offering all kinds of high-quality cuisine, from traditional Spanish fare to creative modern dishes. It is packed with tourist sights, including the Palacio Real, Catedral de la Almudena, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol (whose famous clock rings in the New Year), as well as lots of museums (Museo Reina Sofía, Museo del Prado, Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza), cinemas and theatres, just part of the city’s extensive cultural offer.
This magnificent apartment is in a 1950s building that has been fully renovated to combine original features with modern touches. Each apartment has central air conditioning and magnetic keys grant access to the building and the apartment and control the power supply, one of the building’s environmentally friendly features. You’ll be bowled over by the superb communal roof terrace, where you can relax or dine al fresco as you take in the stunning views over the city—a rare treat in the centre of Madrid!
The NoMad 2 apartment is a modern 93 m2 three-bedroom apartment that can comfortably sleep seven. The main bedroom has a double bed; another bedroom has two single beds; and the remaining bedroom has a single bed. There are hard-wearing porcelains floors throughout and air conditioning in every room.
There are two bathrooms, both with built-in showers and clad with colourful cement tiles to give them a classic air that sets off the modern touches. In the living-dining room there is a table that seats six and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you’ll need for a perfect stay (fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and glass-ceramic hob).
The terrace will be closed every day of the week from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
The baby crib is subject to availability.

Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. We are not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
