Located in the emblematic La Latina neighbourhood, one of the city’s most popular areas thanks to its lively social life, wide range of culture on offer and numerous tourist sights. It is full of typical Spanish restaurants, some of which have been serving top-quality food for hundreds of years. It is only a few minutes’ walk away from major sights such as Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real, Catedral de la Almudena and a whole host of museums, cinemas, theatres and other emblematic buildings.
The Apartament:
The NoMad Loft 1 apartment is in a typical 1950s building that has been fully renovated inside to offer all the latest mod cons, while retaining its original façade. There is air conditioning throughout, magnetic keys to control the power supply, a locker for storing luggage inside the building to make your arrival, stay and departure as comfortable as possible, and a sumptuous communal area: a spectacular roof terrace fitted out so that guests can relax and unwind as they admire the stunning views of the city.
This superb, recently renovated 80 m2 loft apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with magnificent built-in showers (one bathroom is ensuite). There is a large, modern living-dining room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. There is also a private 12 m2 courtyard that lends the apartment great charm and bathes it in light.
It can sleep six: it has a double bed, two single beds and a large sofa bed.
The terrace will be closed every day of the week from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
The baby crib is subject to availability.

Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. We are not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard.
