The condo’s spacious open-plan living space is modern and air-conditioned, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with large comfortable seating area and smart TV. The master bedroom features a king size bed, dresser, wardrobe, safe, ensuite shower room, air conditioning, TV and a private balcony with great views towards Palm Beach. The second bedroom also features a king size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds - both similarly equipped and also have their own ensuite shower rooms. All of the beds are serviced with luxurious 100% cotton bedding, bath and beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, electric hob and overn, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a shared laundry facility in the building. The Las Islas residence is gated and completely enclosed and has a large communal swimming pool with landscaped gardens. You can park your car for free within the gated area. Luxury living, exclusivity and comfort, guests have full use of all the Las Islas amenities. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for you to take to the beach. The Las Island condo is within 4 minutes walk of Palm Beach, one of Aruba’s finest beaches and is the perfect vacation location providing a unique and truly memorable Caribbean experience. We at Property Manager are the on the ground vacation operator, and are on hand 24/7 to provide assistance and advice. From questions about the house to helping choose the very best of what Aruba has to offer, our local team is on hand to help with anything at any time! All taxes and utilities are included. The resort is gated and accessed via a key code and the condo is also accessed via a keyless digital door lock, we will provide the codes prior to your check-in. There is free 24/7 on site parking space included. Car rental is easy and inexpensive, we can advise. Guests have full use of all the Las Islas amenities and facilities. Check-in is at 4.00pm and check-out 10:00am. Earlier check-ins and later check-out are possible depending on availability, an additional charge may apply.
