Ideally located, this condo is a short walk to Ten Mile Creek, Frisco Main Street, and the free Summit Stage bus. It is also minutes from the Frisco Bay Marina, and the Frisco Adventure Park. You are never far from the shopping, dining and activities that Frisco has to offer! This unit’s central location also makes for quick and convenient access to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail ski areas.
The full-size kitchen offers granite countertops, a coffee maker and coffee, and all the essential cookware + tableware to make a delicious meal. Enjoy your meal at the breakfast bar, which seats four. The living area includes a wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV, and comfortable, modern furnishings. Head outside to the patio to soak in the crisp mountain air.
The spacious primary bedroom is located down the hall behind the living room and features a king-size bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, modern decor, and a rocking chair. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, a Smart TV, and a dresser. The shared bathroom is tastefully updated and includes a shower/tub combination, and a bidet. For your convenience, the bathroom is stocked with an initial supply of toiletries.
