Revel in the hundreds of miles of off-road vehicle trails nearby that offer you countless outdoor opportunities, all while being surrounded by 1.8 million acres of the lush Rio Grande National Forest. There are plenty of other enticing areas to explore too, such as Wolf Creek Ski Area less than 20 miles away, Rio Grande Golf Club and Resort not even four miles away, Pagosa Hot Springs about 40 miles away, and Great Sand Dunes National Park 60 miles from your holiday home. For scenic views closer to you, enjoy a warm campfire on the property next to the river.

Inside, this snowbird-friendly home boasts a classic rustic aesthetic with wooden floors and ceilings, exposed wood beams, and stylish wooden furniture. The cozy living area provides you with a wonderful spot to unwind and relax - curl up on your favorite sofa and stream the series or movie of your choice on the smart TV with cable and streaming services. If you are not in the mood for watching TV, you can always pull out any of the board games provided and gather either at the coffee table or any of the two additional tables for an exciting game night. The classic wood stove with a gorgeous rock wall behind it will keep you nice and toasty during your stay. The first floor of this splendid retreat offers one bedroom and a laundry area with a washer/dryer. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs. One of the bedrooms features a smart TV and plenty of natural light, while the other bedroom has a convenient desk and a private balcony.

Fishing from shore is permitted, but please do not cross neighboring property lines. All state regulations must be followed.
Prior to using the outdoor firepit, please check if burn restrictions are in place at South Fork.
