Beer fans will love the many craft breweries in the area! Try the Graham Cracker Porter at Denver Beer Co., sample German-style brews at Prost Brewing, or check out a guest brewer's talents at Factotum Brewhouse. Consult the Denver Beer Trail for more breweries to sample in the neighborhood. Walk downtown by crossing the Platte River at the Highland Arch Bridge or stay in LoHi to avoid the ballpark crowd and enjoy an Instagram-worthy happy hour. Because it’s located just north of downtown, you get the unbeatable city and mountain views from almost anywhere in this sought-after area! Families can play for free the first Tuesday of every month from 4-8 pm at Children's Museum of Denver at Marsico Campus. Create in The Art Studio, power a hot air balloon, or make giant bubbles! On a hot summer day, there is no better place to hang out than at Confluence Park. Where Cherry Creek meets the South Platte River. People can access this area via two pedestrian bridges, one over the South Platt and the other over Cherry Creek. This has become a hotbed for water sports enthusiasts. Kayakers, tubing fans, and people on stand-up paddleboards take advantage of eddies and custom chutes enhancements on the river. In addition to the paddler’s paradise, this area is popular among runners, cyclists, picnickers, and people out for a stroll. Your kids can wade in the water and cool off in the summer heat while watching the on-water activities. Take a relaxing ride on the Denver Trolley, located at REI. The 25 minute round trip ride stops at the Denver Aquarium and Children’s Museum and offers a bird’s eye view of downtown, Mile High Stadium, and Elitch Gardens Theme Park. Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • • Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets or ESA animals, the owner and his family members are asthmatic and very allergic to pets. Thank you for understanding.
  • • Please remove your shoes and leave them by the front door.
  • • Please be careful with the blinds - especially on the sliding door to the balcony beside the kitchen. Please be gentle and pull the cord straight down rather than out. Pull towards the center of the door to lower and away from the center to raise. Also, to unlock this sliding door, just pull the handle towards you and you’ll feel it move to the unlocked position.
  • • Please no red wine on the kitchen countertops, as it will stain very easily. Please wipe up any drops right away.
  • • DO NOT touch/bump the satellite TV dish or you will NOT have TV service.
  • • The coffee maker is drip only - no Nespresso or Keurig available for use.
  • • *The firepit on site is NOT AN ADVERTISED AMENITY and the gas level on the propane tank is NOT guaranteed! If you do desire to use either of these, it’s possible that you may need to exchange the tank, and if so, you are responsible for covering the cost. The fire pit can only be lit using a lighter and there is one in the kitchen if desired. *Please use extreme caution when operating.*
  • • No smoking; pets; events, parties, or large gatherings - $1000 fine
  • • Quiet hours 10pm-8am
  • • If you cause any damage to the home, inside or out, you will be charged for the damages.
  • • Check-out time is 11 AM. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-out times. Fines will be incurred for violation.
  • • 1 motion-activated doorbell camera: This property is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-safe decibel monitor that does not record conversations.
  • *Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind after your stay.* If any personal items are left at the property, we will do our best to recover them. However, there will be an automatic charge of $40 plus shipping costs for any items that need to be mailed back to you (prices may vary for large items).*
