The Neighborhood

Just on the cusp of Sloan’s Lake, this condo is in a desirable, yet secluded location. Sloan Lake is just a few blocks away and has beautiful city and mountain views with plenty of green space, events happening year-round, and paths surrounding the lake. This captivating home overlooks downtown Denver and is close enough to get a real taste! Centrally located near the Highlands and a short drive from the Pepsi Center, Convention Center, Coors Field, and several downtown activities, Denver is your oyster! If you’re a sports fan, the Broncos Stadium can be seen from the rooftop and is just a few minutes away, offering a thrilling hometown atmosphere. If you brought family, the Children’s Museum, Downtown Aquarium, and several parks, are less than 5 minutes away! Stop by Alamo Drafthouse Cinema to catch a movie and great service. Visiting Larimer Square is a unique experience you won’t want to miss! There are year-round events, historic buildings, and indie shops that offer a fantastic atmosphere. You can easily walk to the Highlands or downtown to find infinite trendy boutiques, bars, and restaurants. Be sure to check out Little Machine Beer or Seedstock Brewery for great vibes and even better beer! Quick access to I-70 makes it easy to escape to the mountains. No Car? No problem!! Use the LYFT or UBER apps to get around town. Denver also has great scooter and car rental options for visitors like Car2Go, which offer by-the-minute rentals that can be picked up and dropped off almost anywhere. The garage is unavailable, but street parking is very easy to come by. A car isn’t necessary, though! It's a great neighborhood for walking around and the home has plenty of space. We love walking and using Lyft! Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions. There is a camera over the entryway that covers the front entrance.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • - The elevator is non-operational.
  • - No smoking, pets, or parties allowed - $1000 fine may be incurred
  • - Quiet hours 10pm-8am
  • - Please remove shoes upon entry
  • - If you cause any damage to the home, inside or out, you will be charged for the damages
  • - Must be at least 25 to book
  • - Check out time is 11 AM. We do not accommodate late check-out times, fines will be incurred for violation.
  • *The home is in a very popular part of town, with construction during city-approved construction hours. There is construction occurring on the street and a couple of neighboring buildings so please keep this in mind when booking *
