Due to the nature of the steep terrain, the villa is built over three storeys and there are plenty of steps but the reward is the spectacular views. This light and spacious villa has everything you could wish for to make your stay comfortable, relaxing and fun. The communal areas are well-designed for a gathering but there is enough space to spend time apart, too. Each bedroom features an en suite bathroom and so the villa works well for groups as well as a for a large family. The living room doors open onto the terrace where you can put your barbecue skills to work and enjoy alfresco dining or let someone else do this while you head to the lower terrace and play some table tennis or just soak up the sun on the loungers before cooling off in the 9m pool. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
