Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - check in 3pm, check out 10am
- - no reservations from guests with children aged under 12 yrs in their party
- - no smoking in the property
- - max 4 guests, sleeping in the 2 x kingsize beds
- - no guests to sleep on the sofa
- - slats of lower shutters on living room windows to be kept angled to 45 degrees max during the day, and closed at night.
- - kitchen countertops should be wiped carefully after use to avoid marks/stains
- - all windows to be closed and locked when the property is left empty
- - any spillages on carpet or furniture should be dealt with immediately to avoid staining
- - lost keys will incur a charge for replacement locks
- - wood burning stove to be closed when unattended
- - a maximum of 6 people in the property for entertaining (inc guests), unless cleared by prior arrangement
- - no music playing after 10pm for the sake of our neighbours
