Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Any guest not entering the country on a B2 or B3 (Tourist) VISA will be subject by law to pay 17% VAT (this includes Israeli and dual citizens)

- The local law requires every guest to present an ID card/passport upon their arrival to the apartment.
- For safety reasons, an additional security deposit will be collected by credit card according to the apartment size.
- The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property.
