Ambassador Ridge features one of the most exceptional and breathtaking entryways, complete with vaulted ceilings and overlooking a dramatic staircase leading down to the kitchen and dining space. This modern, industrial home accommodates 17 and has distinct features around every corner.
The space
Ambassador Ridge’s spacious sleeping quarters are a dream come true:
* Third Floor - Primary king with an ensuite bath, peaceful sitting area with gorgeous lake views and private access to back deck.
* Lower Level - King with access to a shared hallway bathroom.
* Entry Floor - Two king rooms that share a Jack-N-Jill bath, including a separate shower/tub combo and toilet area.
Extra sleeping arrangements include:
* Third Floor - Bunk room featuring 4 twin XLs and 2 queen beds.
* Third Floor - Queen sleeper sofa with access to a shared hall bathroom.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- NO WEDDINGS or EVENTS
- Maximum overnight occupancy is 17; maximum daytime occupancy is 25.
- No Smoking
- No On-Street Parking
- 10 PM is Quiet Time
- Guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 24 hours of booking
- Must be 26 years old to rent home
- Two dog limit at no charge and must be pre-approved
- Please read entire agreement sent via email for additional rules and regulations including cancellation policy
