Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- A Damage Insurance Fee of 199 USD (non-refundable) is required.
- A Security deposit of 2,000 USD may also be required.
- Rates are based on 15 guests, additional guests are $75 USD + taxes per adult and 50 USD + taxes per child (16 – 21 guests)
- Additional bedding including 2 queens can be set up by request in all suites, please enquire for more information. Events accepted (maximum 45 guests) please enquire directly for a quote.
- Non-holiday stays have a 4-night minimum and arrival may be any day of the week. Reservations for Christmas & New Year have a 7-night minimum stay. No pets allowed, children are accepted. No smoking indoors. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. A day pass is required for visitors, and is 75 USD per person over 12 years of age and 25 USD for children between the ages of 4 and 11. The community has strict quiet hours after 10 pm (no loud music allowed). Penalties for noncompliance may apply.
- Please be aware that due to warming weather and fluctuating ocean currents, the Riviera Maya may experience naturally occurring seaweed during the hotter months of the year. Please also note that there is a house being built next door, so guests may experience some noise during their stay.
