Home to a great variety of bars and restaurants offering from traditional to innovative cuisine, La Latina is one of Madrid’s top tapas neighbourhoods. Perfect for enjoying a Sunday aperitive or shopping at the open-air flea market of El Rastro. The apartment: A well distributed apartment perfect for large families and groups of friends. With 5 bedrooms and a capacity of 10 people, it grants its guests a comfortable and pleasant Madrid experience. The living area is a large open-space provided with two sofas and poufs that invite you to sit back and relax. Large balconies overlooking the street flood the room with natural light. The kitchen is integrated in the dining area and comes with a breakfast bar and lots of space for you to prove your cooking skills. Two double bedrooms share a bathroom with direct access from each of the rooms. The bathroom is provided with a bathtub, a shower and a separate double vanity. The third bedroom has a private bathroom and overlooks an interior patio, which ensures a quiet night’s sleep. The other two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each and large storage space. The third bathroom comes with a shower and a lovely design. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift. Wi-fi connection, heating and air-conditioning available in every room. For those travelling by car, public parking facilities are available just in front of the building. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT).
