This apartment in an upmarket building will meet your every expectation: a central location with excellent connections to the whole of Madrid, a safe neighbourhood with beautiful surroundings and plenty of shops and businesses.
This new, tastefully decorated building is on a broad street in Chamberí with wide pavements and very little traffic. It has a lift and internet connection.
The apartment:
It has two double bedrooms and can sleep six, since the living room contains a large, comfortable double sofa bed next to an armchair.
The entrance to the apartment leads to a wide, open space with a living room and open-plan kitchen with a glass breakfast bar with high stools. The modern furniture with its combination of different materials and shades of grey, black and white recalls an elegant New York apartment. A large smart TV includes an internet connection and the chance to rent 3D movies.
A hallway leads to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has two handy, modern truckle beds, one of top of the other, which can be folded down to a single bed when not in use. Next there is a bathroom with shower, and at the end of the hallway, the main bedroom with a 1.8 m double bed and a full bathroom with shower. This room looks out onto a large, sunny inner courtyard that imbues it with peace and quiet.

This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within 50 meters.
The baby crib is subject to availability.
