Welcome to Sunrise Mansion, an exquisite 6-bedroom holiday home located only 200 meters from the popular Salt beach and only a short drive to Kingscliff.
This beautifully presented home is perfect for two families, boasting multiple living spaces, smart TV’s, spacious bedrooms, swimming pool, modern furnishings, plus many more luxury inclusions for you to enjoy.
Entertain, unwind or watch the children swim in the beautiful pool, while enjoying a cocktail or a coffee as you relax on one of the lovely lounges overlooking the pool.
There is an enormous open plan living area that features a lounge suite, a huge smart TV, ducted air conditioning, a large dining area that opens out to a lovely covered entertaining area, allowing you to entertain your guest’s poolside, enjoy a Barbeque cooked meal or watch the children play whilst relaxing by the pool.
There is a large kitchen including a walk-in butler’s pantry that is fully equipped with all you need, including an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, great-size breakfast bar and ample cupboard space.
You will find two bedrooms on the ground floor:

Sunrise mansion is an executive beach side holiday home located 250 metres from salt beach, near the popular Salt Village walking distance (approximately 10minute walk). Here you will find the Salt Bar and Grill, IGA, Mahsuri Thai, Bombay Cricketers Club, French Patisserie and other dining options.
Casuarina Shopping Village is located a short drive away. Here you will find a Coles supermarket, butcher, bottle shop, sushi, pizza, beauty shop and cafe. Located across the road is The Commons where you will find great restaurants and cafes such as The Smoke House and Tucker.
Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round.
With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
Kingscliff is the jewel of the Tweed Coast, enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere that the town brings, with plenty to see and do in and surrounding the town.
