The apartment is in a characteristic building in the very popular, central Chamberí neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of the older area. This very safe residential district is surrounded by everything you need for a perfect stay, be it for business or with family or friends. The building has recently been fully renovated to create state-of-the-art apartments.
The building has a lift and inner courtyard. As in many old buildings, to get to the lift you need to climb a few stairs. The renovations were carried out with close attention paid to every last detail to create stylish, practical and very comfortable apartments.

The bright living room has a comfortable double sofa bed and balcony with double-glazed doors to keep out any noise and keep the apartment at a comfortable temperature.
This good-sized apartment has a lovely balcony, handy, roomy fitted wardrobes, internet, smart TV and all the appliances you will need.This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within 50 meters.
