On the inside Beach House on Pearl has a casual, rustic beach vibe surrounded by delightful tropical gardens and relaxing outdoor areas for enjoying a drink or meal with friends and family.
On the lower level, enjoy a spacious dining room perfect for casual dinners or festive celebrations, a fully equipped and self-contained kitchen, separate toilet, a comfortable lounge room equipped with a large TV, and outdoor entertainment areas including a front courtyard for al fresco gatherings or tranquil escapes. Additionally, a fully equipped laundry adds to the convenience of your stay.
Air Conditioning is available in the lounge area for the warmer Summer months.
Also located on the bottom floor, the fourth bedroom is equipped with a Queen-size bed to comfortably accommodate larger groups or provide a perfect teenage retreat. Please note this bedroom does contain a ping pong table and no built in storage. A chest of drawers is provided for your convenience.

Unfortunately no parties or functions are permitted in the property, there are however numerous restaurants/clubs & resorts nearby. The Gold Coast theme parks are approximately a 60 minute drive North with Byron Bay approximately 40 minutes South and Gold Coast Airport 20 minutes drive. No pets are allowed on premises.

Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
