Property Disclosures -
Casa de Los Arcos is an exceptional property in a neighborhood where locals have lived for many years and created a tranquil surrounding area. Please consider this before committing to reserving this house. In addition, we kindly ask that you respect the noise-sensitive neighbors and control the noise levels generated within your vacation rental premises, especially in the backyard veranda pool area. We have had several incidents in the past and are trying to keep a good relationship with these people. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
The owner reserves the right to hold the pool temperature, and heating, at 82 degrees due to the rising gas prices in CA and during cooler weather/air temperatures. The spa is always available. We appreciate your understanding!
We can’t wait to host you!
