Welcome to the ideal Mesa location! Before heading to the Beach and Shoreline Park, enjoy a delicious breakfast at Mesa Cafe, grab your morning beverage at Lighthouse Coffee, or make a quick grocery run at one of the three local grocers (all within a quick walk or less than 2-minute drive).
This two-story townhome is well suited for an individual, couple, or small family who are looking for a two-bedroom, two-bath home with multiple desk/office areas in a very centralized location. If you play, the community has a private tennis court so please bring your rackets or request them prior to arrival. The home has three private patios, two of which are ideal for al fresco dining, a good book & coffee, or sunset cocktails. The kitchen, living room, dining room, powder room, and laundry room are located on the first level. The primary bedroom has a king bed, private patio, en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet.
