With four bedrooms and 3,500 square feet spread out over two luxurious levels, Plaza Tower is one of the most magnificent homes on the mountain. The GREAT ROOM at Plaza Tower is open and bright, with two-story windows that overlook the vibrant views. In the LIVING SPACE, there’s a spacious sectional sofa that faces a center, double-sided fireplace— perfect for relaxing and socializing with friends. Nearby, there’s also a cozy DEN with leather chairs and a large HDTV. Out on the BALCONY, there are some comfy lounge chairs and a magnificent HOT TUB with mountain views.
The KITCHEN and DINING areas are slightly sunken but still wide open to the living space. Featuring stylish matte black cabinets that are topped with white and gray quartz, the center of the kitchen includes a spacious, tiered center island with seating for four. The premier appliance suite includes a top-of-the-line gas range, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator. There’s also a wet bar for preparing cocktails and next to the kitchen, the DINING ROOM has a circular table with seating for eight.
The first of four bedrooms is the PRIMARY SUITE, which includes an inviting king-size bed that sits in front of a cozy fireplace. This private oasis also boasts a balcony with beautiful views and an ensuite bathroom with two sinks, a tub, and a step-in shower. The SECOND GUEST BEDROOM has a king-size bed, and the THIRD GUEST BEDROOM has two twin-size beds.
