This enchanting cottage with private pool is located in Costitx, a romantic and rural area in the heart of Mallorca. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The exteriors of this terraced house feature a 7m x3m salt water pool with a depth ranging from 0.9m to 1.55m, surrounded by a garden with six sun loungers, where you can spend lazy afternoons. There’s a furnished porch, ideal for a BBQ with friends. On the plot there’s a chicken coop and you can use the eggs for cooking. The owner comes every day to feed the animals, so you won’t worry about anything!
A cosy sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite-TV is nice to have family-dinners. There’s a Majorca Style kitchen with gas hob and everything else you may need to cook up a feast. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
