This house preserves the typical rural Mallorcan architecture from the 18th century although it was restored in the 2000 and it features wide views to the countryside. The 28000 m2 property invites to have long walks while breathing the environment and it is perfect for a vacation surrounded by nature. The accommodation is ideal for families or groups of friends since it features wide exterior spaces where you can relax, as well as a salted pool, sizing 6.8 x 2.8 metres and with a 0.90 to 1.55 metres depth which invites to take a refreshing dip. Just by the pool, you will find 5 sun loungers to sunbathe or disconnect. You can also organise a fantastic barbecue at the terrace, where you will find a table and chairs under a vine arbour perfect for summer meals! Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
