Casa Kailani is a beautiful and sunny property, located near the lighthouse of Cabo de La Nao, in the Balcón al Mar of Jávea.
It offers guests beautiful views of the Mediterranean, total privacy and plenty of interior and exterior space, and is just a few minutes by car from the famous Granadella and Portichol coves, both perfect places to snorkel, kayak or have a peaceful lunch by the beach. Bars, restaurants and the sandy Arenal beach are also 15 minutes by car from the property.
With capacity for eight people, the house is divided into two independent living areas that communicate with each other via an exterior staircase, which makes it the perfect holiday home for families or groups of friends travelling together but seeking their own personal spaces to retreat and relax.
Each living area has two lounges, each equipped with a smart TV and comfortable seating, two kitchens, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Would you like a game of billiards? The billiards table in the lower lounge will keep the children occupied while the adults lounge around the pool. Fully equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and fibre optic internet connection throughout the house, holidays have never been so easy or so comfortable!
JH Top Tip - Ready the selfie sticks! Don’t miss the Viewpoint next to the Cabo la Nao lighthouse at sunset. The outdoor bar next to the Mirador restaurant is also a charming place to enjoy views of the Sea.
Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that in this property, groups of people under 25 years old are not allowed. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger people accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. If you do not comply with this requirement and confirm the booking, you will be denied entry to the establishment upon arrival and will lose all right to a refund.
2/ Winter bookings between 1 November and 31 March, lasting more than 31 nights, have a special discount and do NOT include utilities (electricity, water, gas) or weekly bed linen changes. The use of services is paid upon departure.
For stays exceeding 10 days, as required by Spanish law, it will be necessary to sign a Non-Habitual or Temporary Housing Rental Contract
