The apartment is located in Dorgali, 8 km from its seaside hamlet, Cala Gonone: it is the ideal starting point for exploring both the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei and the inland, which offers wonderful excursions.
The house is very close to the center and its services, with bars, shops and typical restaurants.
The apartment has been modernized by enhancing and reinterpreting the objects inside in order to reduce the environmental impact.
The accommodation consists of a bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom and is located on the first floor of a house made up of 3 apartments (2 on the first floor and 1 on the second), with a main entrance and shared staircase. Both first floor apartments are rented out and are opposite each other.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
