Dating to 1761, Casa al Colle is a rustic villa that is tucked away in the Garfagnana Mountains of northern Tuscany. Overlooking the Italian countryside that inspired poets Byron and Shelley, this spacious summer home is the perfect retreat for a large family, or two families holidaying together. The villa includes historic touches such as heavy exposed wooden beams and quaint whitewashed walls. Gathering as a large group whilst enjoying some seclusion is easy in Casa al Colle, as the expansive home has three separate entrances and opportunities to create extra sleeping space. The ground floor has a sliding partition and a sofa bed, shower room and TV, which makes a great den for a teenager craving independence. In the grounds are 300 olive trees, a swimming pool, an outside dining area with a wood-fired pizza oven, and an inner courtyard that is open to the stars. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
