The open layout of the great room is lined with a multitude of windows that illuminate the entire area with an abundance of sunshine each morning. Start your day off by picking out which cup of Keurig coffee you want to enjoy at the 2-person breakfast bar while you plan out your activities.
After an adventure-filled day, there is no better way to refuel than preparing a carbohydrate-filled feast in the fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner gas stovetop, two ovens, microwave, and all the necessary cooking utensils. Enjoy your meal at the wooden dining room table while gazing through the windows at the beautiful pine and aspen trees.
Lounge on the huge wraparound deck after your meal and enjoy an afternoon cocktail while trying to spot a multitude of different wildlife ranging from elk to hummingbirds. During sunset, you’ll be in awe of the various shades of color that can be seen through the foliage as the sun slowly falls below the tree line.

The Lodge is one of the most historic places in Cloudcroft and offers a beautiful 9-hole golf course to practice your game! For a tasty meal afterwards, Rebecca's at the Lodge is located across the street and serves up an array of delicious American contemporary cuisine.
On the west side of town, you’ll find the Trestle Recreation Area, which offers a variety of trails and a picnic area with a picturesque setting.
