Villa Oasis de Asomada is located in Tias, Lanzarote. This detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps
up to 16 people with 8 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. There is a private
pool (South Facing) with barbecue and Sea views. Walking distance to
the Restaurants.
Layout
Villa Oasis de Asomada is comprised of a main villa and a separate
self-contained annexe, offering ample space and comfort for your group
or family.
The Main Villa:
Spread across three floors, the main villa can accommodate up to 16
people. The ground floor features an open-plan layout with a modern,
air-conditioned kitchen, dining table, and a comfortable living room
with sofas (which can also be used as an extra sleeping space if
needed). There’s also a family bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with
bunk beds and air conditioning, and a double bedroom with air
conditioning.
On the first floor, you’ll find another living room with breathtaking
sea views and comfortable sofas (again, this space can sleep an extra
person if needed), as well as an open-plan kitchen and dining area with
sea views and access to the terrace. There are two double bedrooms with
air conditioning (one of which boasts sea views and terrace access), a
twin bedroom with air conditioning, and a family bathroom with a bath.
The second floor houses a double bedroom with air conditioning, a twin
bedroom with air conditioning, and another family bathroom with a bath.
This floor is perfect for a family of four, with access to the twin
bedroom and bathroom from the double bedroom. There’s also a terrace on
this floor.
The Annex:
The separate annexe features an open-plan layout with a modern,
air-conditioned kitchen and living room with comfortable sofas (which
can also be used as an extra sleeping space if needed). There’s a
family bathroom with a shower, a twin bedroom with air conditioning,
and a double bedroom with air conditioning.
Private Swimming Pool:
Outside, you’ll find a private swimming pool surrounded by a kitchen
area with a fridge and cooker, another bathroom with a toilet and
shower, and a dining area with a BBQ next to a shaded pergola. It’s the
perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.
Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio
doors to the pool terrace with Sea views.
Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
granite work top, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob
and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
heated. The pool heating can be provided for an additional fee. If it
is required please contact us for further assistance.
Additional Information
Pool heating is 50 Euros per day during the summer, please contact us
for additional details if you require pool heating. During winter, it
is free from 1 November until 30 April.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
