Welcome to Villa Olimpia, an oasis of relaxation far from the chaos of the city. Here you can spend your Sicilian holidays and enjoy unique moments with your family and friends!
The villa is located in a residential area of Palermo, a few kilometres from the splendid beach of Mondello, famous for its crystal-clear water and fine sand. The historic city centre is about 8 km away. The area is well connected with public transport and is served by all the main primary services.
Villa Olimpia is inside a residence and has free parking. A high green hedge surrounds the house to guarantee maximum privacy. The garden is full of typical local vegetation, where you can have fun swimming in the fantastic pool and relax in the poolside solarium.
The house is split into three floors. The main floor comprises a kitchen, a large living room with billiards, and a small bathroom. You can access the upper floor through a staircase located in front of the main entrance. Upstairs you will find an elegant master bedroom enriched with a walk-in closet, a double bed and a large private bathroom inside which there is a four-seater jacuzzi and a shower.
Also, from the main entrance, you can access the lower floor, where there are three double bedrooms with private bathrooms and a large living room. Outside the lower floor, you will find a patio with a room with a washing machine with everything you need to iron and a service bathroom with a shower.
Villa Olimpia is equipped with every comfort and has been recently renovated. The outdoor swimming pool is very large with dimensions equal to 10x18 and is equipped with a hydromassage side. In addition, the price includes daily cleaning service and on request the preparation of meals.
