BEAUTIFUL CHALET WITH INDEPENDENT ENTRANCE
Beautiful fully furnished Villa, it has everything you need to move into. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms distributed over three floors with direct access to the street, a spacious living-dining room, an independent kitchen and a private patio; 2 minutes from the subway walking.
The space
The house is made up of a living-dining room with a double sofa bed, an independent kitchen, three bedrooms, two on the second floor and the third in the attic. Two full bathrooms with shower. Good-sized rooms, with a double bed, and cabinets or furniture to store your belongings. The house has air conditioning and individual natural gas heating, perfect for maintaining an ideal temperature on cold winter days.
The spacious living room is divided into two: the living room and the dining room. In the living area there is a comfortable double sofa-bed, a central coffee table, an armchair, a flat screen TV and a Wi-Fi router.
In the dining area with direct access to the kitchen. Kitchen equipped with all appliances: fridge with freezer, vitro, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster and kitchenware.
The bathrooms with shower, have a lot of space, have a hairdryer and towel rails that work with the heating.

which is a few minutes walk. The neighborhood has different bars and restaurants. The Alcalá Shopping Center 3 minutes away and Plaza Arturo Soria 15 minutes away.
Upon arrival you will be received in person. Key deliveries free of charge are from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Deliveries after 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. carry a supplement of €35. After 10:00 p.m. and until 11:00 p.m. they carry a supplement of €75 to be paid upon delivery of the keys. No deliveries are made after 11:00 p.m.
The cost of the locksmith service will be borne by the tenant in case of loss of keys or forgetfulness inside the house (€150 to be paid to the locksmith prior to opening the house).
Noisy parties and gatherings are absolutely prohibited. Under the sanction of the competent authorities.
Turn off the lights and air conditioning before you go out. I ask that you take out the garbage every day, with special care in the summer months. There are some containers on the street enabled for this.
Please keep in mind that a person will be at the time previously confirmed with you. Let us know in advance if you are going to be late and specify another time for handing over the keys (subject to our availability).
