Situated just 1 kilometer away from the picturesque village of Skouloufia and approximately 17 kilometers from the famous resort town of Rethymno, Jason Panorama Villa 1 is a brand-new property ready to fulfill all your vacation needs and desires.
The villa features a single-story layout, making it suitable for guests with mobility concerns. Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious living area with a sofa bed to accommodate the 7th person and a dining area equipped with modern amenities, including a flat-screen smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances. Additionally, there are three bedrooms, with two of them featuring double beds and one with two single beds. Two bathrooms are available, with one of them designed to accommodate people with mobility issues. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and offers a high-speed Wi-Fi network.
Outside the villa, you’ll discover a 32 square meter swimming pool, which can be heated upon request for the months of April, October, and November, at an additional cost of 50 euros per day, payable upon arrival.
