You’ll be in awe of the space, setting, and luxury amenities that await at this three-story home, beautifully situated alongside the Gypsum Creek Golf Course. Enjoy panoramic views of the mountains and fairways, and all sorts of upscale touches throughout.
This spacious home sits on the eastern edge of the Gypsum Creek Golf Course, on a sunny piece of property with an open view of the mountains. It’s a wonderful spot for watching passing golfers from the deck and catching incredible sunsets that color the Colorado sky. You’ll be just over two miles from Eagle County Regional Airport, 32 miles from Beaver Creek, and 38 miles from Vail.
Whether you’re traveling to the Vail Valley to ski, golf, or hike, you’ll delight in such at-home comforts as new smart TVs, a Sonos sound system, a whole-house water softening and filtration system, and lightning-fast, 1,200 MB internet on all three floors. Begin each day with a mug of coffee out to the yard or the deck that runs the length of the house, and linger outside all day with a gas grill provided for your use.
The main living areas are wonderfully open, bright, and full of mountain views. There’s a gorgeous great room with two-story ceilings, where you can stream movies in the warmth of a towering gas fireplace. Also on the main floor are an elegant kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a gas stove, a dual oven, and a French-door fridge), a dining area, and a TV to entertain you as you cook.
When it’s time to turn in, there’s a primary suite on the main floor with luxury rosewood furnishings, a large bathroom with a jetted tub, a TV, and direct access to the deck. There are three more bedrooms on the third floor. One washer/dryer are provided for your convenience as well.
Please note: There is a long-term tenant residing in the basement of the home. The tenant has a separate entrance and does not have access to the main living areas, ensuring your privacy during your stay
