This home is located within the private community of Spinnaker’s Reach in Emerald Isle. The lively and very family friendly vibe is apparent as soon as you pass through the entrance- bright colored homes are sprinkled down the tree lined streets. The farthest distance from any home to the beach access is a maximum 0.8 miles. This translates into easy access to the community’s beach access and pool house from any property. The community offers golf cart parking at the community beach access as well as a pool house complete with covered picnic tables and restrooms. The beaches along this portion of Emerald Isle can be easily walked, has the perfect place to park a chair and umbrella for the day, or even plenty of open surf to cast a line. Surf fishing is also a favorite past time during the Fall months. Emerald Isle as a whole is very bicycle friendly- there is a bike path that connects Spinnaker’s Reach to all of Emerald Isle! It is a separate path and safe for riders of all ages. The nearest restaurants and nightlife are just over a mile away while the grocery stores are about 1.5 down the bike path as well. The center of town is just about 2.5 miles… and still connected by the bike path.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
