Cascada is its own private resort. This home shows its unique characteristics with the various entertainment areas outside and an indoor-outdoor flow to the living areas. You will find delightful surprises such as a fireplace, two casual spots for chatting, outdoor cooking, and dining for six. The pool has its own excitement with swim-up bar stools and a shallow area to relax in. Relax in the jacuzzi after a long day of fun. Or throw around the cornhole bags. The living room, kitchen, and dining are all centralized for maximum gathering space. At the dining table there are 6 seats, and 4 seats at the kitchen island. Cuddle up and watch a movie in the living room on the sectional.
The master bedroom has its own suite area with an en-suite bathroom. The dual waterfall shower heads are a fantastic feature.
The second bedroom has its own backyard access and a small en-suite bathroom.
The third bedroom is decorated with floating nightstands and a bench at the end of the bed, so you can get ready for or wind down from the day.
The fourth bedroom comes with a desk perfect for those that need time to work or browse around. Bedrooms three and four share a bathroom with a combo shower and tub.
House Rules
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard
Pool or spa heat is an additional $150.00 + tax daily. Note once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key.

Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
**Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
For your safety and security, there is a ring door bell located at the front door.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you!
