A 3 bedroom beach bungalow at its finest.
This one level home will have everything a small group needs to enjoy an effortless week at the beach. The TVs are all upgraded with streaming capabilities. The bedrooms are all perfectly furnished. The King master suite offers a large bathroom complete with soaking tub and standing shower. The other light filled bedrooms offer a Queen bed and 2 twin over twin bunk beds. As part of the Fresh Bed Promise all of the bed linens will be laundered between guests, even the comforters.
The galley kitchen is off the living room and filled with all of the usual amenities and small appliances one would expect. The dining table is just off the kitchen and offers entry to the deck and private pool area.
The private pool is completely fenced for safety. The golf cart provided for your use to make the trips to the beach easier is stored in the garage. A walk to the beach is just over a half mile down the private neighborhood streets... If you take the golf cart you will pull into the beach access in just a few minutes.

About the area
This home is located within the private community of Spinnaker’s Reach in Emerald Isle. The lively and very family friendly vibe is apparent as soon as you pass through the entrance- bright colored homes are sprinkled down the tree lined streets. The farthest distance from any home to the beach access is a maximum 0.8 miles. This translates into easy access to the community’s beach access and pool house from any property. The community offers golf cart parking at the community beach access as well as a pool house complete with covered picnic tables and restrooms.
The beaches along this portion of Emerald Isle can be easily walked, has the perfect place to park a chair and umbrella for the day, or even plenty of open surf to cast a line. Surf fishing is also a favorite past time during the Fall months.
Emerald Isle as a whole is very bicycle friendly- there is a bike path that connects Spinnaker’s Reach to all of Emerald Isle! It is a separate path and safe for riders of all ages. The nearest restaurants and nightlife are just over a mile away while the grocery stores are about 1.5 down the bike path as well. The center of town is just about 2.5 miles… and is still connected by the bike path.
