Riverfront Retreat You couldn’t ask for a lovelier view than the one from this spacious home, sitting right on the shore of the Pend Oreille River. Start the day with coffee on the deck, enjoying the sunrise over the water. Inside, you’ll find vaulted, knotty-pine ceilings, an open layout, and lots of space to spread out. The full, well-equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and the whole gang can dine together at the table for six, or pull up a barstool for a casual snack. After a day of hiking, mountain biking, skiing, or exploring nearby Sandpoint, come home to get cozy in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Entertainment options include free WiFi and board games, but evenings are best spent outside, enjoying that gorgeous view. Fire up the gas grill for an easy dinner and have a nighttime soak in the waterfront hot tub as the stars come out - another day, and another view, await tomorrow. THINGS TO KNOW While there is WiFi available for guests, there is NO TV at this home. Water access only guaranteed July-Mid September. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
