The Dogwood is a 2 story modern townhome located in the heart of the Historic Southside District. This property is just a couple blocks from the Chattanooga Choo Choo, the Terminal and many other restaurants and bars. The Dogwood has a clean modern feel with the convenience of being at the heart of everything Downtown, it’s perfect for singles, couples and business travelers. Only 15 minutes to Rock City and Ruby Falls.
As part of our commitment to keeping out properties pristine, we require mid-stay cleaning. (THIS COST IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY CALCULATED AT BOOKING AND WILL COME AS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE AFTER BOOKING IS COMPLETED). The frequency of these cleans depends on the length of your stay - for stays of at least 30 days , we will require one mid-stay clean halfway through your time with us. For stays longer than 45 days, we require this clean to occur approximately every 15 days.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- #1: There is no smoking inside the home at any time. (Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas) #2: Home should be locked whenever all guests leave the property. #3: Quiet times are from 9:00pm to 8:00am (Please be respectful of our neighbors) #4: Please report maintenance issues, and damages immediately. #5: Spills and accidents occur - please notify us immediately if something happens. #6: No Parties or events. #7: Most important rule...Enjoy your stay! For our guests convenience, we have supplied you with your own guest app. On this app you can find the House Rules, check-out checklist, wifi details, and many other property specific information. You can also see if there are any concerts, or upcoming events in the city during your stay. Surveillance or recording devices on property - We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
