A panoramic view of Puget Sound, island meadows, and evergreen hills awaits at this four-bedroom home in Greenbank, a relaxing, comfortable getaway immersed in the serene beauty of Whidbey Island.
This home sits near the island’s eastern shore, with sunrise views looking out toward the Cascades. It’s a mere 50 yards to the entrance of the Greenbank off-leash area for dogs and the trail system surrounding Greenbank Farm - a Whidbey Island landmark known for its lovely grounds and delicious pies.
Spend your days outside on the large deck, where you’ll find cushioned outdoor sofas, a gas fire table to use on foggy mornings and evenings, and a built-in pizza oven to make alfresco dinners all the more special. Down below, there’s a spacious patio and a backyard where your kids can burn off their energy. As the day winds down, have a relaxing soak in the hot tub.
Inside, the main living space is upstairs on the second floor, offering plenty of mid-century style, a wood-burning fireplace, and picture windows that frame the sound. The open kitchen and dining room boast the same beautiful view. At night, retreat downstairs to a family room with an air hockey table, a play tent for the kids, and a soft sectional where you can watch movies.
Of the four bedrooms, two (including the primary suite) are upstairs and two are downstairs.
