Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- • Keep the apartment clean, tidy and clear of rubbish and leave the apartment in the same condition as you find it.
- • Absolutely no smoking inside the house of any kind, otherwise a strict £500 fine will be applied. You are welcome to smoke out front or back.
- • No parties/events;
- • Pet fee is £10/night per pet (Pet fee is subject to change depending on pet type);
- • Our usual security deposit amount is £150, however, we reserve the right to ask for a security deposit of up to £500 for bookings for more than 2 weeks;
- • Fans and/or cot is available upon request.
- • We have a rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guests must sign the rental agreement. We also require a copy of their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
