A seafront 4 bedroom villa located in the Akrotiri peninsula, close to Tersanas village, and it’s 14 Km, 25 Minutes car drive from the city of Chania, the second biggest and the most beautiful city of the island with its ancient venetian port and remains it’s a very living town.
The area is a good starting point for the best beaches of the island: Balos Lagoon, Falassarna Beach and Elafonissi Lagoon. The famous Stavros beach, for the movie Zorbas the Greek, is not far from the villa. Excursions in the vicinity include visiting various Monasteries or swimming in small creeks. A wild beach is at a distance of 300 meters. The villa is located in a private area, with parking places available.
It is set in a plot of 2.000 sqm surrounded by a garden with a variety of plants. The villa has its own private pool.
From the moment you walk in, you will have everything you need at your disposal to make you feel at home. The kitchen and the living space are next to the terrace. The ground floor rooms have direct access to the swimming pool and the master bedroom has a beautiful private terrace with amazing views. The sunlight passes through the villa until sunset when you can admire the glistening sea while enjoying a pre-dinner drink.
The villa can accommodate up to eight people in an area of 200 square meters. Boasting four double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom and luxury fittings.
There are three floors: Upper ground floor . There is a living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen having direct access to the terrace with its own living space overlooking the pool. The two corners of the terrace have a patio with tables for breakfast, dining and more. Lower ground floor. There are three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a service area equipped for laundry and ironing. There is direct access to the pool and a winter garden. First floor. The master bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, overlooking the pool, has a balcony surrounding the area with a magnificent view of the sea. The balcony is equipped with chairs and a small table for a cozy breakfast. Each room is equipped with A/C.
The terrace has very well furnished living and dining spaces. The pool is exclusive and private with luxury sun loungers, furniture and incredible views on the sunset. Wi-Fi is available via a satellite dish. A shared tennis court is also available. In the unlikely event of a power cut an on-site generator is available.
