This tranquil, 1,060-square-foot condo is located in Wind Drift, a riverfront complex with an outdoor pool, tennis courts, boat slips (on a first come, first served basis), and beach access across the street that’s adjacent to one mile of state park land. In this spot near Alabama Point and Perdido Pass, you’ll be within four miles of downtown Orange Beach, Perdido Key State Park, and a wide variety of shopping and dining.
Whether you’re planning to visit Gulf State Park (six miles) or simply lounge by the pool, find the perfect spot to begin and end each day on your spacious, waterfront balcony overlooking Ole River. Sip your morning coffee on the cushioned outdoor sofa, dine alfresco at the bistro table, and admire some of the prettiest sunsets you’ve ever seen.
The centrally air-conditioned interior is full of thoughtful updates and features, including custom tile showers, updated cabinetry and fixtures, and cool tile floors in the common areas. Floor-to-ceiling balcony doors and a mirrored wall fill the living area with light, creating a wonderful space to read, dine, and watch movies in the evenings. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen and ample seating at both the breakfast bar and the dining room table.
Of the bedrooms (both with TVs), one is a riverfront primary suite with access to the balcony. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.
