Inside lies a welcoming interior with comfortable furnishings for you and your friends to unwind on after a fun-filled day out exploring the town. Step into the full kitchen and cook up a homemade meal for everyone. Head out on the balcony and gaze out at serene views of the glistening water as you sit down and listen to the soothing ripples. Play a couple of games of cornhole on the side of the house, then as the evening comes to a close, warm up by the fireplace with your favorite blanket and a cup of hot cocoa. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming services will require a guest account to access. There is a long-term tenant in the cottage behind the house. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
