Settle down on Avon’s Day Use Area and picnic with your family on a beautiful sunny day. Avon also boasts many restaurants and shopping options from beach gear to tackle shops to custom boutiques. Many of these dining and shopping options are just a short walk from your condo. There’s plenty to do for the kids, too! This property is managed by Property Manager North Carolina LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. No Permit Required
