Multiple outdoor spaces allow ample opportunity to take in the home’s scenic views, while the immaculate interior is primed for modern comfort and convenience. Despite the private setting, you’ll be just a short drive from downtown Blueridge, Lake Blueridge Marina, and the Aska Adventure Area. The private deck makes an ideal perch for coffee or cocktails, with a swinging bed included for luxurious lounging. The wood-burning firepit out on the lawn offers a toasty spot to gather for warm drinks or s’mores. Cathedral ceilings and strong natural lighting create an inviting ambiance inside, with leather recliner sofas, a smart TV, and board games provided for comfortable family downtime. A gas fireplace is also equipped for winter weather warmth. Beautiful granite counters and subway tile backsplash shine in the impressive kitchen, while tons of storage and a sparkling suite of stainless steel appliances come equipped for gourmet meal planning. Two bedrooms are equipped with brand-new, 42-inch smart TVs for added flexibility. Additional perks include a cell phone service booster and a Generac-brand generator capable of powering the whole house. Everyday home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
