This extraordinary, beachside home has everything you could possibly need for a breezy and memorable stay with your loved ones! It’s located near the shores of Port Susan. You’ll be just a quick walk away from the private community beach! Set your own buoy off one of the beaches for fishing, crabbing, or kayaking. There are wonderful attractions within 20 miles of your doorstep, including Cama Beach Historical State Park, Canopy Tours NW, Camano Island State Park, and Kayak Point Regional County Park. This home is close to fishing and there’s even room in the driveway for your boat! Simple beach walks, two minutes away, can be taken every morning and each evening for glorious sunrises and sunsets.
This magnificent home has three decks overlooking Port Susan Bay and The Cascades Mountains. These decks are ideal spots to enjoy your mornings with brilliant sunrises and watching humpbacks while sipping on your favorite warm beverage. When it comes to outdoor living, this home won’t disappoint! Enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of your home or channel your adventurous side and engage with biking, walking, beach-combing, and enjoying the waters. The private bubbly hot tub under a beautiful gazebo is the place to be if you are in need of some relaxation. The scenic patio has plenty of seating options and a picnic table and a gas grill for warm-weather barbecues with your loved ones.
The first floor of this home away from home hosts a gorgeous and well-appointed game room where you can spend hours and hours with your friends. A pool table will be ideal for billiards tournaments. There are plenty of books and board games to choose from, a gas fireplace, a dart board, and three large TVs. There is also a mini-fridge to store your refreshing beverages and snacks. In addition to this space, you will find two bedrooms (both with smart TVs and one of them with a working desk). You’ll also find a sitting area with a large modular sofa for reading or conversation.
The second floor offers a sunny lounge space with carpeted floors and beautiful water views. Snuggle up on the extensive sofa and stream a favorite show on the gigantic smart TV. Feeling a tad cold? Let the gas fireplace warm you up in the blink of an eye! The chef of the group will have their own playground with a marvelous and well-equipped kitchen! It’s open and spacious and boasts stainless steel appliances, including a double-door fridge, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, and double built-in ovens.
Almost every room was positioned to take advantage of the stunning views. The primary bedroom, located on the second floor, is the biggest room in the home and features carpeted floors, a gas fireplace, a large smart TV, a private furnished balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub overlooking the water.
