This dog-friendly retreat is adjacent to the Fulkerson Winery and beautiful vineyard grounds. Guests enjoy buy-one-get-one tastings during their stay (reservation requested). It also sits on an 18-hole disc golf course - it’s right at the 17th hole! In addition to all of these wonderful activities, this home is also part of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail and offers lake access within eight miles and six wineries within two miles. Delight yourself with expansive lake views of Seneca Lake from the property and front porch with your favorite Finger Lakes wine! Inside, the space offers large living areas with room for family fun, corporate retreats, or just enjoying a casual night in with your group. The open kitchen has all the appliances and cookware to make a full holiday feast, so don’t hesitate to show off your cooking skills and surprise everyone with tasty treats. The dining room has a table that will extend to accommodate up to 12 people and the kitchen table can extend as well. Your Finger Lakes stay is calling. THINGS TO KNOW The house does sit on NY 14 and can have some road noise. The outbuildings have a "working farm charm", and might be a little messy due to the storage of articles from past generations. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
